About Lilybee
Lilybee started with a drawing on the fridge.

The story
My fridge is mostly drawings. The good ones — the ones with a story behind them — were going to disappear. Eventually they'd end up in a folder, the folder in a box, the box in a closet.
The drawings would fade. The stories — what the dragon liked to eat, why the sun was sad — would fade faster. None of it would ever make it into a photo album.
So I built Lilybee. The smallest possible answer. A way to take one drawing your kid is proud of, attach the story they told you in their own voice, and turn that pair into something you can hang on a wall and scan years later. Nothing more.

What Lilybee actually does
You upload a photo of your child's drawing. Optionally, a short audio clip of their voice — a song, a sentence, a giggle. One order, paid once. No subscription, no kid's profile, no algorithm.
In a few minutes we bring the drawing to life. If you added a voice clip, the animation plays in their voice. We email you a link plus a video file you can keep.
Open the Lilybee app, point it at the drawing on your wall, and the animation appears right where it's hanging — the drawing your kid made, in their own voice, exactly where you put it. That's the whole product.
About your child's data
The drawing photo and voice clip are uploaded over an encrypted link, used to produce your one video, and kept only as long as you want the order accessible. No advertising profiles, no third-party trackers, no training data.
We don't identify children to anyone. Order records use random IDs, the email link is the only access path, and you can request deletion at any time at support@lilybee.app.

Lilybee is made by one person in Berlin. There's no team, no funding, no growth team. If you write to support@lilybee.app you're writing to me.
I built it because I think kids' drawings deserve more than a folder in a closet, and because the technology to do this well finally exists for one parent on a laptop. If you've made one for your family I'd love to see how it landed.
