How long does it take?
Most orders are delivered within 24 to 72 hours. We render each Lilybee by hand right now — no automation, no shortcuts. You'll get an email the moment yours is ready, with a link to scan your drawing and a video file you can share anywhere.
What if the result isn't what I hoped for?
We offer full refunds for 30 days, no questions asked. If the AI didn't capture your child's drawing the way you imagined, we'll either re-render at no cost or refund you in full.
Is my child's voice safe? Do you keep it?
Voice clips and drawings are stored privately, per-order, and used only to render your video. We never reuse anyone's voice for other customers. Uploaded files are deleted 90 days after delivery, and you can request earlier deletion any time at hello@lilybee.app.
What kinds of drawings work best?
Drawings with clear lines, distinct subjects, and strong colors animate beautifully — a bunny, a tree, a person, a house, anything with a recognizable shape. Pencil-only sketches and very abstract scribbles can be hit-or-miss. When in doubt, send what your kid is most proud of.
Where can I share the video?
Anywhere. The video file is yours to keep — send it to grandparents on WhatsApp, post on Instagram or TikTok, drop it into a family photo album. The AR scanning experience runs inside the Lilybee app on iOS and Android.
