How long does it take?
Most orders are ready within a few minutes. We'll email you the moment yours is done — with a link to scan your drawing on the wall, plus a video file you can share anywhere.
What if the result isn't what I hoped for?
Full refunds for 30 days, no questions asked. If we didn't catch your kid's drawing the way you imagined, we'll redo it or refund — your call.
Do I have to upload my child's voice?
No. The voice clip is optional. If you skip it, we'll add a soundtrack that matches the drawing, and it still scans on the wall and plays in the app. If you do upload one, we use it only to make your video — never reused for anyone else, never used to train models, kept securely so you can re-scan from any device, and deleted any time on request at support@lilybee.app.
What kinds of drawings work best?
Clear lines, distinct subjects, strong colors. A bunny, a tree, a person, a house — anything with a recognizable shape. Pencil-only sketches and very abstract scribbles can be hit-or-miss. When in doubt, just send what your kid is most proud of.
Where can I share the video?
Anywhere. The video file is yours to keep — send it to grandparents on WhatsApp, post on Instagram or TikTok, drop it into a family photo album. To scan the drawing on your wall, you'll need the Lilybee app on iOS or Android.
